Tell me about the Leather you use
We use two types of high quality leather in our workshop. All our NZ leather comes from Tasman Tanning Ltd who work to use formulations that minimise waste. Water-based products are used instead of solvents.
Our Vegetable Tanned (veg tan) leather comes from Italy. It goes through a traditional process using tannin extracted from tree bark, with no toxic substances producing individual and long lasting hides that just get better with age.
Where are the products made?
Everything is made in our workshop in Raglan. Start to finish, from scratch, by hand. Everything is made individually by one of our craftspeople using traditional construction methods.
How long will it take to complete my order?
If we have a pair of shoes/bag/belt already made and in stock we will send it right off to you.
More often than not, your order will have to be made when we receive it, please allow 10-15 working days (not inc. shipping).

Within NZ we send everything with New Zealand Couriers.
Please note NZ couriers does not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address inc. rural addresses.
Allow between 1-5 days for delivery.
When your item leaves the workshop you’ll be sent an email with the tracking ID so you can follow your package as it is couriered to your door.
We send all over the globe; please allow extra time for delivery.

- New Zealand: $10 - $20 (calculated at checkout)
- Australia: $30
- Worldwide: $60
What if the shoes don't fit?
Firstly, please make sure you have followed the instructions on how to measure your feet found here
We offer re-makes and exchanges if your shoes do not fit or if the product is not what you wanted. Please notify us within 14 days of purchase.
If it’s a matter of your shoes not fitting, we will work with you to re-make them, free of charge until we get them right.
Can you resole my Soul Shoes?
We can re-sole all of our own shoes as long as the leather is still in tact, you can order a resole here, put the resole through online and then send us your shoes, we will resole them and then send them back. Or you can pop into the shop and drop your shoes off.
Do you make custom items?
If you can’t see what you want on the website (colour etc), need specific sizing or sole please give us a call.
