This is a glorious bag. Soft and strong, straps that will last, inner pockets exactly where I need them. The size is just right for all my work bits and pieces (notepads, recording equipment, folders of paper) as well as my son's stuff (snacks, spare socks etc). I was nervous about buying online but absolutely delighted with it.
